I can't stand my insomnia, I'm fed up of it. Every day is the same thing. I stare at the computer because I can't get asleep. I also drink coffee and I always thought that it wouldn't keep me awake, that it wouldn't affect me. But I'm starting to realize it might be one of the reasons why I cant sleep. Anyway, I'll keep up drinking it. Sorry if my text sounds repetitive, I got the feeling that I am always talking about lack of sleep and coffee, I get really bored of the things I say. Perhaps I should also be sorry for not being one those bloggers who can write long text beautifully explaining their choices for a certain outfit. I guess one of the reasons why I was never good at writing essays is simply because I go straight to the point. I'll try to be interesting and write more on my posts. As I write this I already feel like I'll neglect. Anyway I hope you appreciate the pictures cause the text content sucks, okay I shouldn't have written this I just did because I want this post text to be long.It's late I'll force myself to sleep, (counting sheep doesn't work, who the hell invented this).   2. lol, when did you posted it? i have the same problem with sleeping :D i always say, ok just 10 minutes and 3 hours later its so late that i theoretically don't need to sleep anymore xD but i love the night <3

  4. oh, i'm the same way! coffee and sleep. it's my life! i hope you are able to sleep a bit more soon.
    i slept two and a half hour today and it just sucks. i'm at my second cup of coffee and it's 8.30 am right now.

    First of all, I love your blog, I find it really inspiring.

    I just wanted to give you some tips regarding your insomnia. I study psychology, and this is one of the subjects I`m studying this year.

    Both the coffedrinking and staring at the computerscreen (the light from the screen tells your brain that it`s still day, or something like that) is certainly not helping your problem. I also think you should check out this youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrsCl_hnaWc (our professor, who is also a sleep expert, recommended this method for insomnia).

  8. I actually love reading your text. I love the simplicity. I think reading detailed post describing your clothes can get quite boring and repetitive. You actually inspired me to write more like you on my blog. A personal story behind the outfit is much more interesting in my opinion.

  9. Don't worry, i even enjoy how you write about it in this post. By the way, I may become the loyal member of insomnia world club, if any. I have never had long sleep like a baby since 2003:) I never drink coffee anymore. Sometimes milk and nutmeg help a little.

  10. If you want a good night's sleep I suggest you go to bed the same time everyday and do not eat and especially do not drink tea/coffee for atleast an hour before bed. I had the same problem and now I have never looked back! :) loove your shorts
