He rode into the night
Accelerated his motorbike
I cried to him in fright
Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it.

Ha! I just can't stop singing this . Now I have some new Cds for my collection, cds and books are the things I have been buying lately, not clothes really, except for this pink primark dress. I wore it today even though the weather was a bit cold, cause if I'd rely on the weather to wear my summery outfits I would be screwed. Oh if you want to hear the song it is called Terry by Twinkle. x

  7. Hearing that brought on a wave of nostalgia. It was one of the songs I grew up to. I mean, I wasn't born then but my mum had it...along with other morbidly sentimental songs that were the rage back then; songs about dead dogs ('Old Shep', 'Old Tige'), and Sydney Devine's songs about orphans.

'Terry' is evocative of 'Leader of The Pack'. I wondered if one was copying the other but it turns out the were released in the same year.

    2. 'Terry' was released first apparently. It was also banned by the BBC.
