lover, please do not fall to your knees, it's not like I believe in everlasting love

Hi lovely bloggers. So I decided to sell some of my clothes, although this was a tough decision for me regardless how shabby and cheap some of them are I will probably miss them all, not now but surely later, when I get bored of new clothes haha, anyway I need some space in my wardrobe. I just wanted to ask do you think I should do it through ebay, or use my blog instead. By the way I have no much idea how these things work I gotta do a bit of research but ofc, if any of you sell things via internet could explain me a bit of how it works from setting up the price to packing. Would be very helpfull.

  2. Well, you have to find out how much it would cost to ship to various countries and make sure you charge enough in shopping to cover that cost for yourself.

As for the regular price, that's up to you to decided how much you believe your product is worth.

Also, I would recommend just doing it through your blog because I know that Ebay charges you to post an item to their site, as well as if you want to post more than one photo of the product.

If you need any other help just send me an email at aniahocine@gmail.com, and I'd be happy to help.

  3. You should use Etsy. It's a lot better than Ebay. A LOT. Check it out at etsy.com. It's where I've sold most of my clothing, and it sets up shipping profiles and everything. It's definitely the best way to go. If you have any questions just message me and I'll tell you more about it.

  4. Hahaha seems everyone is selling their stuff nowadays! Blogger recession I think!
Ebay gives you way more traffic, which is why I use it. But then they take a slice of your money - depends whether the extra audience is worth you paying for
    It would be mine
You have a lovellllly bedspread :)

  5. That's a lovely idea, I've though of that too. I think it's easier to do it through your blog, as some pepople don't have paypal. I think it's just about setting your prices (with no shipping price). Then one someone wants to buy x piece you calculate the shipping and send it. Payment can be two ways: by transference or at the deliver.
I think that's it, at least it's how I'd do it. But I've never done it before, so.
    Good luck.

  6. i think it would be a good idea to put your less shabby clothes on ebay and your shabbier clothes on your blog because people know on your blog the kind of clothes you wear and might be more willing to buy them. ebay's really easy, i've sold some stuff on it before. good luck!

  12. if you've never sold online before then ebay would probably be the easiest. You set up an account and enroll a pay pal account, then upload photos and info about items you want to sell- by putting them up as buy it now at a higher price or letting people bid on the item for a certain number of days. When you put things up for bidding on ebay you set a starting price (the lower you make this, the less ebay will charge you for selling) and you display a set p+p price- for clothes £3 should be fine for UK postage. Then you usually post within a few days of receiving cleared payment from the buyer. Hope this helped, let me know on my blog if you need any more info! Loveee your blog (:

  14. you should sell through etsy.
I have a shop there and things sell quickly and you can set up your own price! The money goes through a paypal account so its pretty easy :)
All you need to do is put it up and wait for someone to buy, then ship it!

  17. oh my god, if I were to tell you everything I like about these pictures and your outfit, that would be incredibly cheesy, because I'd list every article of clothing/accessory on your body. So to keep it short and sweet, very cute! I love the vintage flare.

  18. i think you should do it by ebay, blogspot keeps crashing at the moment! usually you can just fold up the item and put it in a small/big envelope and it's fine. i guess the price depends on how old the peice of clothing is... on ebay most clothes are £0.99 - £10.00. also, to set it up its really easy on ebay because it gives you like a template with all the options and whatnot. sometimes at the weekends you can list them for free but it doesn't give you much notice apart from when you log in near the time.

    hope i helped! x
